Situated at the crossroads to Taos’s most significant sites, the Taos Visitor Center has ample free parking, friendly and helpful staff and the information visitors need to make the most of their stay. Historic sites, Native American culture, fine art, outdoor adventure, spa services, golf, skiing, or just plain relaxing in Taos’ scenic beauty – the Center’s staff can help guide visitors toward their preferences and areas of interest. Information is also available about where to eat, stay, shop and be entertained – from five star selections to charming under-the-stars alternatives.

While at the Center, visitors are invited to experience an informative installation on Taos Pueblo, enjoy local art, crafts, experience video information about Taos, sample local ‘Taos Roast’ complimentary coffee, and take advantage of free WiFi Internet access. Historic Taos Walking Tour brochures along with Historic Taos Trolley Tours are also available from the Center. To download the Walking Tour brochure, click here.

The Taos Visitor Center is staffed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Sunday; open most holidays...but information is available 24-hours a day on the Center’s portal (1-800-348-0696).
